Golf carts & LSVs live outside. Many two-piece windshields use an adhesive-bonded hinge, and UV exposure erodes that bond until the hinge fails. We replaced it with a custom pivot hinge made from UV-resistant material, so there’s no adhesive for the sun to break down.
