Epic builds a cart worth protecting — so don't finish it with a windshield that scratches, clouds, and yellows within a season. The Evolution AS-4 Premium for Epic is built from AS-4–rated, hard-coated polycarbonate — virtually shatterproof and approximately 250× more impact-resistant than glass, with dramatically higher impact resistance than the acrylic most carts ship with, and an abrasion-resistant hard coat that resists hazing, scratching, and yellowing.
The windshield:
- AS-4–rated hard-coated polycarbonate — virtually shatterproof, ~250× stronger than glass, and far tougher than acrylic.
- Abrasion-resistant hard coat — resists hazing, scratching, and yellowing.
- Patented two-piece fold-up with our custom pivot-hinge — replaces the glued flex hinges that crack and peel under the sun. Fold down for airflow, up for full coverage.
- DOT-stamped on the finished formed part.
- Purpose-built mount. Because the Epic frame isn't magnetic, this model installs with a secure mounting system engineered for your Epic, using corrosion-resistant hardware rated for years of outdoor exposure.
- Built and finished in the USA.
