The Evolution AS-4 Premium for Epic is built from AS-4–rated, hard-coated polycarbonate and finished with the same self-healing protection film that shields the world's finest automobiles. It stays optically clear for years and blocks 99% of UVA and UVB rays — the kind of upgrade your cart actually deserves.

Four layers. One windshield.

• Core — Polycarbonate. Virtually shatterproof, with dramatically higher impact resistance than the acrylic most carts ship with. It takes a hit instead of cracking.
• Coat — UV-stabilized hard coat. Meets the AS-4 abrasion standard, so it resists hazing, scratching, and the yellow clouding that ruins ordinary acrylic within a season or two.
• Shield — Window protection film. A premium, automotive-grade self-healing layer that absorbs the day-to-day abuse. Sacrificial by design and refreshable — replace the film, not the windshield.
• Design — Patented two-piece fold-up. Our custom EVO pivot-hinge replaces the glued flex hinges that crack and peel under the sun. Fold the top down for airflow, flip it up for full coverage.
